Terry and Jim made my purchase seamless. The truck I wanted was at Fleetside, but I live in Mpls, MN. Terry suggested I simply rent a car, airport to airport, and he picked me up, and drove me to the Dealership. The paperwork was done in advance, and I got to see my truck on the show floor. It was a top notch purchase experience! With a full tank of gas, and a hot cup of coffee, I was back in Mpls. in no time!

Just today, 12/13/17, at Boyt Outlet Store one of my customers pulled in to park and as windy as it is today the wind caught their truck door and bent something to where they could not close the door. I called Fleetside Ford to ask for some help. They sent a couple of service guys out to look at the door and strapped it so they could make to their service department safely. How great is that!!!!
Great customer care! Had a car engine issue late Friday afternoon on our way from Des Moines to Kansas City and randomly stopped at Fleetside Ford at Osceola. The staff went out of their way in analysis of the issue, getting parts and getting us back on the road. The care and service was way above expectations!!!
