Very easily accessible the people are friendly and the service is great
We didn't have to go looking for an associate when we needed help & that was nice. We pick up my husband's prescription from the pharmacy 15 minutes after we were there. We had forgotten to call it in so they prepared it right then for us. And it was very nice not having to wait a long long lines there were enough cashiers.
Nice staff, store is clean enough. The layout is different from most Wal-Mart's, not a bad thing. The checkouts could have had more employees running them, which is pretty typical of every Wal-Mart. Parking lot could use an alternate entrance.
Trying to get Eclipse Glasses for an eclipse party. We ordered online and due to high demand only received part of our order. Called another store which assured me they had them, when I got there they were sold out and was told they had been for some time. I called the Osceola Wal-mart and the associate was very helpful. He answered all my questions, checked to see if they had the amount I needed and told me exactly where to find them in a store. Great service. I was very thankful after all of the run around I got that the Osceola store was so helpful!
It was ok, there are better Walmart's out there though.
