Rooms were clean. All of the employees were happy, kind and accommodating. If you are a light sleeper you may want a 2nd floor room as we could hear some noise in the room above us (had a 1st floor room), but overall we had a nice stay at an inexpensive hotel. Thank you!
It might be a better idea to stay in your car, seriously.... Edit- corporate was very nice and made things right so my review is not about quality inns, it is only in regards to the Osceola, Iowa location. Possibly they will remove this unqualified manager and have a nicer place, I don't know but I have nothing but good things to say about the corporate office and their representatives
This is a great place to stay in Osceola, especially if you are a truck driver who needs the extra parking space. It is located right behind a Casey's fuel station and is very convenient to get to. There is also a Family Table restaurant that has home style cooking. The room we stayed in was clean, had not been smoked in, and had a tiny refrigerator. The bed was cozy and pillows fluffy! The internet was fast and reliable. The staff were also very nice and helpful!
Mix up in rooms and had to move across the hallway after using the shower in the first room.
Disappointed the pool was in such sad condition.
Will never ever come back. Reason being is because the room in general was just yuck! The tiles in the bathroom were loose and broke we could have cut our feet on it. The beds were comfy. There was a garbage truck that came by at 5 in the morning. You could hear the trucks at the gas station. ALSO, a very loud train. Breakfeast was OK, very friendly staff Bryan stood out the most. Front desk people need a lot of work on managing the rooms and when people are leaving. The pool was my FAVORITE part about it because it was very warm like bath water. Over all this hotel is not worth the money!
Not the greatest experience I have ever had. Most of the employees were very helpful. The manager could have been more congenial. I think she was upset because she was called away from something she had been doing.
